One of the predictors of success for those who have had bariatric (weight loss) surgery is attending support groups regularly. These groups provide:
✨ connection to a community facing similar challenges
✨ a place to celebrate your wins and non-scale victories
✨ a forum for sharing behaviors, ideas and products that work well
We know that what people are focused on leading up to and right after surgery is quite different than the challenges people are dealing with later in their journey.
To provide a space for anyone who had bariatric surgery at least 1 year ago, our amazing dietitian, Kris, hosts a support group specifically for you! You do NOT need to be a client of ours to attend these.
It takes place on the 1st Thursday of the month at 6:30pm virtually. If you are interested in attending, comment SUPPORT and we will send you a message with the details for signing up!
