A Six-Week Series for Women Navigating Perimenopause and Menopause

Perimenopause and menopause bring real changes to weight, energy, sleep, mood, and cravings, and most women aren't given a clear roadmap for any of it. This summer, five Nashville-based women's health providers are teaming up to offer a six-week series that does just that.

Starting July 30, we're hosting a six-week Virtual Lunch & Learn series over Zoom. Each Thursday from 12:15 to 12:55 PM, a different expert will walk through a piece of the midlife health puzzle, followed by live Q&A.

Our own Kris Mock, RDN, will lead Session 2 on August 6, covering the nutrition side of perimenopause and menopause: what changes in your metabolism, how to eat to support your body through this transition, and what helps with cravings and weight.

The full series covers hormones, nutrition, strength training, mental wellness, and sleep, closing with a live panel where you can ask any of the five presenters your questions directly.

Six sessions, $60 total, all from your lunch break.
