Hormonal changes during midlife can affect your weight, energy, sleep, mood, and cravings, and it's not always clear why. This six-week series brings together five women's health experts to walk you through what's really happening in your body during perimenopause and menopause, and what you can do about it.
Each session runs 20 minutes of presentation followed by 15–20 minutes of live Q&A, so you can ask the questions that are specific to you.
